This session will highlight the undeniable connection between diet and cancer risk\, providing valuable insights for cancer survivors\, their families and friends\, and those looking to prevent the disease. Please note that these classes are not intended for individuals currently undergoing breast cancer treatment. \nParticipants will enjoy a cooking demonstration featuring delicious\, health-promoting dishes\, along with handouts of easy and affordable recipes to prepare at home.
