Please note that these classes are not intended for individuals currently undergoing breast cancer treatment. \nParticipants will enjoy a cooking demonstration featuring delicious\, health-promoting dishes\, along with handouts of easy and affordable recipes to prepare at home. DESCRIPTION:The 14th Annual timesunion.com/Table Hopping Mac-n-Cheese Bowl to benefit the Regional Food Bank will be held along Historic Remsen Street in Downtown Cohoes and features competing Mac-n-Cheese tasting stations\, beer tastings\, and more! \nCRVN will be sampling out Soulistic Vegan’s famous mac and cheese and handing out free literature on the benefits of a vegan diet. \nVolunteers are needed for setup and serving.
