Vendor registration for VEG OUT is open! This application is for food and non-alcoholic beverage vendors in addition to vegan and sustainable merchandise vendors. VEG OUT Application Process

1. Complete the VEG OUT Vendor Application (click the ‘Become a Food Vendor’ button)
2. Apply for a Temporary Permit from the Rensselaer County DOH ($50 fee) (if applicable)
3. Submit your
   1. Permit from DOH (if applicable);
   2. Certificate of Insurance (with the City of Troy named as an additional insured); and
   3. Proof of Workers Compensation or proof of exemption

            to CRVN as soon as possible.
