Discover the world of plant-based cuisine with Chef Christina Lloyd on January 14th at 1 pm, as she hosts a special cooking class in support of a non-profit cause. For the past 8 years, Chef Christina has proudly embraced a vegan lifestyle, infusing her culinary creations with passion and purpose. Hailing from the Schenectady area, Chef Christina’s roots run deep, forming the essence of Soulistic Vegan.

The Soulistic Vegan Story:
Soulistic Vegan blossomed from a love of cooking and a desire to reimagine beloved childhood flavors through a plant-based lens. Chef Christina envisions a future where Soulistic Vegan continues to serve amazing food to our community, possibly expanding into a food truck or café to reach more hungry hearts.

Outside the kitchen, Chef Christina cherishes her role as a devoted spouse with two children and a new dog. With a background in human services, she brings a compassionate touch to her culinary artistry. Chef Christina’s culinary expertise comes from cherished memories of learning alongside her grandmother and mother, coupled with her own explorations in the kitchen.

Class Objective:
Chef Christina’s goal for this class is to demonstrate how effortless and enjoyable it can be to incorporate more plant-based meals into daily life. Beyond simply teaching recipes, the class is an invitation to revel in the ease, fun, and deliciousness of plant-based living, inspiring attendees to embrace this lifestyle with enthusiasm and joy.
