Capital Region Vegan Network Table at Mac -n- Cheese Bowl

The 14th Annual timesunion.com/Table Hopping Mac-n-Cheese Bowl to benefit the Regional Food Bank will be held along Historic Remsen Street in Downtown Cohoes and features competing Mac-n-Cheese tasting stations, beer tastings, and more!

CRVN will be sampling out Soulistic Vegan’s famous mac and cheese and handing out free literature on the benefits of a vegan diet.

Volunteers are needed for setup and serving. These are the time slots to volunteer:

9:30-12:30

12:30-3:30
